Our #1 goal is to make cats and their parents happy. We regularly warrant our products against defects in materials and manufacturing for 6 months, but you can extend coverage for free. Products like scratchers that are designed to be used up don’t apply 🙂

Having issues with a product?
If you experience any issues at all, just send us a note explaining the problem, and be sure to include some photos, and your order number. If we find the problem to be from defects in materials or manufacturing, we’ll promptly refund or replace the item.
6-month warranty
Hepper® offers a 6-month warranty on Hepper-branded hardware products and accessories that come in the original packaging (“Hepper Product”). This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used according to Hepper’s guidelines. The 6-month warranty starts from the date of the original retail purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”). Hepper’s guidelines include information found in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
